3. Products & Intended Use

Competition and Off-Road Use Only

All performance parts sold by Project Faster Inc. are designed and manufactured for competition and off-road use only. These parts are not intended, approved, or legal for use on public streets or highways.

Customer Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Verify that products are legal in your jurisdiction
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state/provincial, and local laws
  • Use products only in lawful, off-road, or competition settings
  • Have all parts professionally installed by a certified technician

Professional Installation Required

All performance parts require professional installation. Improper installation voids any possible remedy and may result in serious injury or death.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies at any time
  • Update product information without notice
  • Modify or discontinue products without liability
  • Refuse or cancel orders if information is inaccurate or products are unavailable

Compatibility

Product fitment information is provided as a guide only. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your specific vehicle year, model, and configuration before ordering.

5. Pricing & Payment

Currency

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise noted.

Payment Methods

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Taxes & Duties

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. For international orders, additional charges may apply at delivery.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Restrictions on quantities
  • Geographic restrictions

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we ship the products and send you a shipping confirmation.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned. All sales are final.

7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect part ordered by customer
  • Fitment issues
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Installed or used parts
  • Customer dissatisfaction with appearance or performance

No Warranty

All products are sold WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind, express or implied. See Section 10 for full warranty disclaimer.

Verify Before Purchase

Please carefully verify all product details, specifications, and compatibility before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

  • Apparel and accessories: 1-3 business days
  • Performance parts: Lead times vary and are shown on each product page
  • Custom/made-to-order items: Lead times shown on product page

Shipping Destinations

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

9. Local Pick-Up

Apparel and Accessories: Ready within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Performance Parts: Ready according to lead times shown on product page.

Pick-Up Requirements:

  • Bring order confirmation email and valid government-issued ID
  • Orders must be collected by the person who placed the order or authorized representative
  • Uncollected orders after 30 days may be subject to restocking fees or cancellation

10. Warranty Disclaimer

NO WARRANTY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Quality, accuracy, or reliability

We do not warrant that products will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Each product is inspected for manufacturing defects prior to shipping. However, once shipped, Project Faster Inc. provides no warranty regarding performance, durability, fitment, or suitability for any purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge and agree that the purchase, installation, and use of performance parts involves inherent risks, including risk of serious injury or death. You assume all such risks.

LIABILITY CAP

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT FASTER INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Purchase, installation, or use of products
  • Inability to use products
  • Personal injury or death
  • Property damage
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business
  • Errors or omissions in product information
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Any other matter relating to our products or services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Faster Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Improper installation of products
  • Use of products on public roads or in violation of law
