Project Faster Inc. – Warranty & Liability Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as all parts are sold without warranty and are non-returnable.

1.    Warranty Disclaimer
All parts are sold without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Each part is inspected for manufacturer defects prior to shipping. However, once shipped, Project Faster Inc. provides no warranty regarding performance, durability, fitment, or suitability for any purpose.
This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2.    No Returns or Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
•    Change of mind
•    Incorrect part ordered by customer
•    Fitment issues
•    Customer dissatisfaction with appearance or performance
•    Parts that have been installed, mounted, or used in any way
Please verify all product details, compatibility, and specifications before ordering.

3.    Intended Use
Parts are designed for COMPETITION and OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
These parts are not intended for street or highway use and may not be legal for use on public roads in your jurisdiction.

4.    Installation Requirements
Installation must be performed by a certified technician.
All parts require proper bolt torque confirmation before installation and use. Improper installation voids any possible remedy.
Customer is responsible for ensuring installation complies with all applicable provincial/state/federal transportation laws and regulations.

5.    High-Liability Parts Notice
The following parts are considered high-liability and are sold WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY:
Frame Components:
•    Frames
•    Swing arms
Steering & Brake Components:
•    Risers
•    Top triple clamps
•    Brake mounts
•    Brake lines (only custom-length assemblies made by HEL)
These parts are safety-critical. Professional installation and regular inspection are mandatory.

6.    Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Faster Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any parts, including but not limited to:
•    Personal injury or death
•    Property damage
•    Loss of use or revenue
•    Loss of data or business interruption
The customer assumes all risk associated with the purchase, installation, and use of parts.

7.    Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy, including:
•    All sales are final with no returns or exchanges
•    Parts are sold without warranty
•    Parts are for competition/off-road use only
•    Professional installation is required
•    You assume all liability and risk
