BUILD YOUR RIDE

Performance First. Crafted. Not Bought.

Project Faster builds Harley-Davidson and V-Twin motorcycles as complete performance systems—engineered for real horsepower and torque, real handling, and real reliability. Every decision has a job: make the bike faster, more stable, more controllable, and more confidence-inspiring at speed.

What Goes Into a Project Faster Build

1) Targets and Baseline

We start with the truth: how the bike performs today, and what you want it to do tomorrow. Then we set measurable targets—powerband, torque delivery, braking confidence, stability, and rider control.

We define:

  • Your riding style and performance priorities
  • Current baseline (power, drivability, chassis behavior)
  • HP/torque goals and how you want the power delivered
  • Budget, timeline, and non-negotiables

2) Performance Engineering

We don’t “mod a bike.” We engineer a system. Engine, chassis, suspension, brakes, ergonomics, and aerodynamics all affect each other—so we design the package to work together.

System design includes:

  • Power delivery strategy (torque curve, response, heat management)
  • Chassis stability and cornering confidence
  • Suspension setup for control and feedback
  • Braking performance and consistency
  • Ergonomics for leverage, comfort, and aggressive riding position

3) Precision Machining and Fabrication

Crafted, not bought means we make what the build requires. In-house CNC machining lets us create parts that fit correctly, perform correctly, and hold up under real riding.

In-house capabilities:

  • CNC billet components and custom mounts
  • Chassis parts and swingarm solutions (when required)
  • Engine support components and hardware systems
  • Fitment-first design—no “almost works” parts

4) Build, Integration, and Fasteners

Performance comes down to the details. Fit, alignment, torque procedures, and fastening aren’t “shop stuff”—they’re what keeps a high-output bike reliable and tight.

Build standards:

  • Correct fasteners and proper torque procedures on every critical point
  • Clearance checks, alignment, routing, and heat protection
  • Brake system setup and verification
  • Suspension sag, preload, damping, and geometry dial-in
  • Final inspection plus pre-delivery test ride

5) EFI, Dyno Tuning, and Proven Results

Horsepower is easy to claim. Proven results are measured. If the build includes engine work, we tune for a hard-pulling torque curve, clean throttle response, safe AFRs, and repeatable performance.

Validation includes:

  • Baseline vs post-build dyno testing (when applicable)
  • AFR and fueling optimized across the full powerband
  • Timing and throttle strategy tuned for real-world riding
  • Documented before/after data—no guesswork

6) Style That Earns Its Place

We care about the look—because it’s your bike. But styling is built on top of performance, not instead of it. Paint, finish, and visual details are executed with the same precision as the mechanical work.

Style and finish options:

  • Performance-first component selection that still looks intentional
  • Paint and finishes that match the build’s purpose and vibe
  • Hardware and fasteners that hold up and look right
  • Clean routing, tight fitment, and high-end final presentation

Not ready for a full build?

We've engineered a complete suite of performance parts that drastically improve how your bike handles, stops, and rides—without the full custom build commitment.

Why Project Faster

  • Performance First, Always

If it doesn’t improve horsepower/torque delivery, stability, braking, or control—it doesn’t make the cut.

  • Precision Your Can Feel

Clearances, geometry, torque procedures, and integration are handled like engineering—because that’s what makes the bike ride right.

  • Proven Results

Real testing, real tuning, real documentation. You’ll see what changed and why it matters.

  • Crafted, Not Bought

In-house capability means we build the bike around the goal—not around what happens to be available in a catalog.
